• Develop and implement IP protection strategies for clients.
• Monitor and enforce clients’ IP rights in the market.
• Respond to inquiries from IP offices and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct training sessions on intellectual property issues for clients.
• Assist in the preparation for IP litigation and mediation.
• Compile reports on IP activities and updates for management.

• LLB in Law or equivalent
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is preferred
• Intellectual Property Law In-depth knowledge of local and international IP laws.
• Contract Drafting Experienced in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts.
• Litigation Skilled in IP litigation and dispute resolution.
• Analytical Thinking Excellent analytical skills to assess complex legal issues.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• English (Fluent)
