We are on the lookout for an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to drive our organizational effectiveness through various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at implementing frameworks that improve workforce performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Conduct assessments to identify workforce skills gaps and recommend training programs.
• Collaborate with management to develop succession planning initiatives.
• Facilitate training workshops and seminars to build organizational capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in HR or organizational development roles
