• Ensure effective waste management practices at mining sites.
• Assist in the development of training programs for operational staff.
• Review engineering designs and plans for final approval.
• Participate in community and stakeholder engagement to address concerns.
• Monitor and report on operational cost performance.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in mining operations.
• Work with regulators to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mining or resource engineering
