Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the system.
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback and insights.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service techniques.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information efficiently.
  • Regularly review customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a remote customer service role
