Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee patient health assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and offer preventative care guidance. Your insights will contribute to the overall health of our community, within a supportive and innovative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures as required.
• Lead health education workshops for community members.
• Develop and implement practice-based quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance care processes and patient outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Postgraduate diploma in Family Medicine is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in primary care settings

• Pediatric care experience: Experience treating children and managing pediatric health concerns.
