We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of HR management, from recruitment to employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement employee training initiatives.
Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
Maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement efforts.
Support performance appraisal processes and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Manage employee termination processes when necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Master's degree in HR Management preferred

5+ years of comprehensive HR experience
