Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our support team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and support documentation.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues.
  • Engage in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Communication or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer support role
