Responsibilities

• Advise on litigation matters and support in managing disputes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs.
• Draft legal opinions and advice notes for clients.

• Prepare submissions for regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with external solicitors for case management.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions from a legal standpoint.
• Oversee the drafting of compliance documentation.
• Provide legal support for marketing and business development initiatives.
• Engage in networking to promote the firm's legal services.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Master's degree in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive legal advisory experience
