Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should excel in communication and possess a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, onboarding new staff, and supporting various HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment pipeline from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Support the development of HR policies that reflect the company's culture and values.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management in matters of HR.
  • Facilitate the appraisal process and ensure feedback is collected in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing appropriate programs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and valued.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related area
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
