Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to manage the operations of our crushing plant effectively. Your expertise in handling heavy machinery and knowledge of safety regulations will help us deliver high-quality materials for our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the crushing machinery to ensure optimal output.
• Ensure the correct materials are fed into the machine for production.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement safety protocols to mitigate operational hazards.
• Work collaboratively with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Document any mechanical issues and facilitate repairs.
• Assist with the training of junior operators.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to safety discussions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical training

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining environment.

Technical Skills

• Heavy machinery operation
• Maintenance knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication skills

Certifications

• Mining Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating other mining equipment: Familiarity with different machinery used in mining and quarrying.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures: Skills in performing repair tasks on machinery and equipment.
