Responsibilities

• Read and understand assembly blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure all gasoline engines are assembled to meet safety and quality protocols.
• Utilize a range of hand and power tools effectively throughout assembly.
• Conduct performance testing and adjustments of assembled units.
• Document assembly processes and report on performance metrics.
• Engage in continuous learning about engine technologies.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within prescribed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification or trade certification in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• Experience with small engines is a plus.
