Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for corporate transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare detailed memoranda and reports on legal findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal implications of business decisions.
• Develop training materials on legal compliance for client staff.
• Participate in presentations and workshops to educate clients on legal topics.

Requirements

Education

• LLB in Law
• MBA or additional legal certifications is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate law including compliance and governance
