We are seeking a dedicated and qualified pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a strong knowledge of medications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions, advising patients on medication usage, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement patient care programs.
• Engage in community outreach and health education initiatives.
• Stay updated on new pharmaceuticals and changes in health regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on pharmacy operations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for patient claims.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy

• Compounding Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
