Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights.
  • Actively support the sales team in closing renewals and upsells.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for customers.
  • Contribute to a customer-first culture within the organization.
  • Document processes and best practices for customer success.
  • Ensure successful completion of customer projects on time.
  • Promote community-building efforts among customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
