Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients with their technical needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Document internal procedures and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with hardware and software installations, configurations, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT staff on project implementations and system upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within various systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new systems and software.
  • Adhere to service desk standards and ensure all service-level agreements are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles
