Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves engaging with our clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes while using our products. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding customer needs and building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding workshops to ensure seamless integration.
  • Address client inquiries swiftly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for regular check-ins post-implementation.
  • Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Document client journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of client success plans outlining desired outcomes.
  • Share best practices and success strategies with clients.
  • Run tailored training sessions to promote product features.
  • Support the sales team in closing opportunities by providing client insights.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams for enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a similar customer-facing role.
