Job Description

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Pharma Solutions in Pretoria, you will play a crucial role in optimizing patient medication therapy. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use while providing education to patients about their treatments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review therapeutic plans for patients receiving complex medications.

• Provide comprehensive medication consultations to patients.
• Evaluate patient responses to therapy and report findings.
• Participate in pharmacy-related quality improvement projects.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure the proper storage.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with clinical trials: Experience with protocols and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
