Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Casket Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise construction and assembly of caskets, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. We value craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assembling caskets according to specific designs and quality standards.
• Operating machinery and tools effectively and safely.
• Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Troubleshooting assembly issues and proposing improvements.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations during assembly.
• Ensuring timely completion of production targets.
• Maintaining inventory of materials and components.
• Providing feedback on production processes to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in woodworking or carpentry (advantageous)

Experience

• Proven experience in woodworking or carpentry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
