Job Description

As an HR Development Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our HR processes. Your role will involve analysing current practices, recommending improvements, and coordinating with various departments to align workforce skills with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create HR development strategies tailored to organizational needs.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and consultants.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses for management review.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on training and development.
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a consulting or HR development role
