Responsibilities

• Evaluate job descriptions and develop a company wage structure.
• Advise on compensation actions for special roles and new positions.
• Monitor benefits programs regularly and adjust as necessary based on employee feedback and market analysis.
• Create and implement training for HR managers on compensation and benefits programs.
• Facilitate communication of benefits information to employees.
• Assist with the development of compensation policies and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or compensation and benefits
