• Lead the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Handle all logistical aspects, including transportation, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Monitor event progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Create detailed reports on event outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with local vendors for quality service delivery.
• Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance event experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Project Management Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Budgeting Experienced in maintaining budgets and financial tracking.
• Communication Skilled in communicating effectively with clients and vendors.
• Creativity A creative mind for crafting unique event experiences.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
• Event Planning Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Strong negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate better deals with vendors and service providers.
• Previous experience with large-scale events: Involvement in managing events with over 500 attendees.
