Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Amusement and Recreation Attendant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service while assisting guests in a variety of recreational activities. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with a strong commitment to making our guests' experience enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with guests to ensure needs are met promptly.
• Working closely with other team members to maintain high service standards.
• Assisting with event preparations, including setup and breakdown.
• Performing routine inspection of equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Basic first-aid knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team player

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

• Basic computer skills: Competence in using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
