Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will lead project teams to ensure that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met on all job sites. We are looking for someone with a passion for construction and an ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor construction teams, enhancing productivity and performance.
• Establish effective communication channels among stakeholders.
• Assess risks and develop project mitigation plans accordingly.
• Review and approve design changes and project modifications.
• Compile and submit project documentation to management and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Additional certifications in project management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in construction or project management roles

• Construction Safety Standards
• Scheduling Software

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
