Job Description

As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture and driving strategic initiatives. You will work closely with management to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and improve overall performance. Your expertise in change management, training, and development will be key to facilitating successful transformations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted interventions.
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions to enhance managerial competencies.
  • Advise teams on conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.
  • Monitor the impact of organizational development initiatives and adjust as necessary.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather input for ongoing development projects.
  • Create an engaging onboarding process to enhance new hire experiences.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and learning across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and manage budgets for training and development programs.
  • Assist in the assessment of organizational structure to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster relationships with external training providers to deliver quality external training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development or HR consulting
