Job Description

As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture and driving strategic initiatives. You will work closely with management to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and improve overall performance. Your expertise in change management, training, and development will be key to facilitating successful transformations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify and analyze development needs.
  • Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at improving team performance and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
  • Develop strategies for managing change and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Advise on best practices for performance management and succession planning.
  • Support talent management initiatives through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide insights on diversity and inclusion strategies to foster an equitable workplace.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Assist with the integration of new technology and processes to optimize work performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development or HR consulting
