Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies for effective client engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate client feedback and implement changes where necessary to improve service.
  • Build a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for clients.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Facilitate regular outreach to clients to gauge satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
