Responsibilities

• Handle the recruitment and hiring process including conducting interviews.
• Contribute to the onboarding process and training interventions.
• Assist in managing compensation and benefits administration.
• Support staff development initiatives and performance assessments.
• Handle inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Maintain HR databases and confidentiality protocols.
• Prepare reports and assist in HR analytics projects.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or similar role

• HR Software Applications

Certifications

• HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Languages
