Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant in Durban, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This will involve liaising with clients to understand their staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating placements. A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building is key, along with a dedication to meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions.
  • Monitor the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
  • Participate in local job fairs and networking events.
  • Analysing recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Stay updated on compliance and regulations related to recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
