Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Remote Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions promptly. This position requires excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various platforms to resolve inquiries.
  • Track and manage customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address complex issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work towards improvement.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and customer support resources.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new hires in customer support.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in customer support.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • A degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
