Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Bloemfontein team. The successful candidate will excel at providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role is vital in fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a quick response.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer service issues.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
