Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to be the key point of contact for our clients in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to foster client relationships to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategy.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and new services with clients.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Document all client interactions and account activity for transparency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in account management or business development
