Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Durban, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and providing product information. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in fostering positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report trends in customer feedback to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculated or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
