Responsibilities
Lead the HR team in execution of HR policies and procedures.
Enhance employee communication and support initiatives.
Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
Maintain HR metrics and reporting related to employee performance.
Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Business Administration
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

5+ years of experience in HR-related roles with management experience
