Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to define and implement HR policies.
Ensure effective onboarding experiences for new hires.
Analyze employee turnover and develop strategies for retention.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitiveness.
Consult with management on organizational changes.
Gather and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in an HR management role
