Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to drive our HR strategies and enhance employee engagement in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with department heads.
  • Enhance employee engagement through surveys and feedback initiatives.
  • Manage employee training and development programs to improve skills.
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are optimized for efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Assist with organizational development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and cultural initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine employee performance programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
