Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an outstanding support experience. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and represent our brand's values, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certifications in customer service management preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support environment
