• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• Financial Management Expertise in managing hotel budgets and finances.
• Guest Relationship Management Strong track record in enhancing guest experiences.
• Leadership Proficient in managing and motivating teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• Hospitality Management Diploma
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
