Job Description

Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in logistics and team management. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating a productive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Manage schedules and workloads of warehouse staff to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels for management review.
• Collaborate with procurement to forecast inventory needs and adjust orders.
• Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric required
• A diploma in Warehousing or Logistics Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
