Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical repairs and upgrades.
• Develop strategies for improved equipment reliability.
• Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Analyze mechanical failures and propose solutions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workshop environment.
• Assist in the budgeting of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Implement safety measures in all maintenance activities.
• Stay informed about new technologies in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• BEng in Mechanical Engineering
• Project Management Certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
