Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will oversee supply chain operations, ensure the smooth flow of goods, and continually improve processes to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Implement inventory control measures to mitigate stock discrepancies.
• Review supply chain processes regularly for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work with IT to enhance supply chain management systems and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain roles

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

• Experience with data analytics tools: Proficient in using data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
