Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs and designing training programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to implement and assess training initiatives aimed at improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Human Resource Development, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development

Certifications
