As a Sheepskin Pickler at Leather Craft Co., you will play a crucial role in the preparation and preservation of sheepskins using advanced pickling techniques. This hands-on position is essential in ensuring the quality and durability of our leather products.

Responsibilities

• Effectively handle sheepskins from the initial cleaning stage to final pickling.
• Ensure all documentation related to the pickling process is maintained accurately.
• Work with the Tanning Team to facilitate the transition of skins for further processing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Any technical certifications related to leather processing would be advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in sheepskin processing or the tanning industry is a plus.
