Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Port Elizabeth team. The successful candidate will engage with customers to provide outstanding support and resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries across multiple platforms, ensuring quick response times.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist customers in product selection and purchasing decisions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
