Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Advocated for employees' needs and rights within the organization.
Monitor and improve employee turnover and retention rates.
Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare compensation plans.
Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Develop performance management frameworks aligned with business goals.
Analyze employee satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement.
Support compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Further HR qualifications are preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
