We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Guide clients on best practices to optimize their use of products.
  • Analyze usage data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer retention rates.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations during training and product demonstrations.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business or a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
