Job Description

As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day payroll functions, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time. Your responsibilities will include data entry, payroll reporting, and compliance checks. Strong numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure will be essential for this role as we strive to maintain our reputation for high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll cycle, including calculations and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee benefit enrollments and terminations.
  • Implement and update payroll policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Maintain sensitive employee information confidentially.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting.
  • Provide payroll training and support to HR staff.
  • Monitor payroll system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with external payroll providers if necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration
