Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Inclusion and Diversity Trainer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will develop and facilitate training programs aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace culture within various organizations. Your expertise will help drive impactful change and create a more diverse working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead diversity training workshops and seminars across various departments.
  • Craft compelling presentations that highlight the value of diversity in business.
  • Assist in the development of diversity initiatives tailored to different audiences.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages dialogue about diversity.
  • Build relationships with local organizations focused on diversity advocacy.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
  • Promote a culture of respect and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to share and implement best practices.
  • Monitor changes in workplace culture as a result of training interventions.
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion conferences to further enhance knowledge and network.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in Diversity and Inclusion preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
