Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal analysis and advice to the management team.
• Negotiate key agreements and contracts with clients and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, including policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to improve staff legal knowledge.
• Maintain familiarity with current legal trends and regulations.
• Assist with compliance audits and risk assessment processes.
• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between management and external legal counsel.
• Prepare legal briefs and represent the company in legal matters.
• Contribute to the development of a corporate compliance framework.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent Law Degree
• Experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution is a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
