Responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues arising within client organizations and provide innovative solutions.
• Support clients in business transactions, ensuring legal safety and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, becoming their trusted legal advisor.
• Assist in the development of compliance programs that align with industry regulations and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior legal staff.
• Create presentations and documentation for client meetings and legal proceedings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of legal strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in networking events to enhance the firm’s visibility and client base.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Additional legal training or certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal consultancy or related fields
