Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lockstitch Binder who will operate and maintain lockstitch sewing machines to create high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of lockstitch sewing machines to meet production targets.
• Read and interpret production schedules to determine the required tasks.
• Calibrate machine settings and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct quality inspections of products and adjust accordingly.
• Document all production data for quality assurance purposes.
• Maintain an orderly work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support team efforts to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a vocational or technical training program is beneficial.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Languages

• English: Fluent
