Job Description

As a Legal Advisor in our Pretoria office, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on compliance and contract matters. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in legal principles to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and management on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal analyses and provide actionable insights.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss legal strategies and options.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the firm and clients.
• Support litigation processes as required by the legal team.
• Assist in developing compliance programs and training workshops.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent Law Degree
• Admitted Attorney is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role
